Our whole experience of the Country Park nursery and Treetops has been overwhelmingly positive. It is hard to find the words to explain how much this has meant to us, but if I had to choose one it would be trust. From day one we have had this sense of absolute confidence that we were leaving our little one in good hands. It was clear very early on that she was happy and well cared for and had a whole range of activities to help her learn and grow. I remember being surprised when she was a relatively new bunny and a staff member from another room said hello to her by name in the corridor – it was a small gesture but it made us feel like she was part of a community and not “just another child” and that ethos has been so apparent throughout her time at the nursery.
The staff at every stage have been fantastic and she has thrived in their care. We so appreciate all of their work with her but also their communication with us. There have been so many examples of where staff members have gone the extra mile for our little one. The most important thing isn’t perfection - in 3.5 years that would be impossible to achieve every day (although they certainly come very close!). Far more meaningful is being able to have an open dialogue, to raise any issues that may arise, and having absolute trust that whatever happens, the staff will genuinely care for her. We’ve always felt that we can say for example “hey, we noticed that this happened...” or “would you mind making sure she…” and when you are handing over care of your child that peace of mind is just invaluable.
"Both of my children have LOVED their time at Chapter One Childcare (UK) Limited. My daughter is about to graduate which will be a very sad time for both of us. The indoor and outdoor settings are amazing and there truly isn't anywhere that compares near by! Being close to Harrogate and Otley they are also surrounded by countryside and can benefit hugely from learning through nature. The staff are amazing and really give it a family vibe. It's so lovely to see my daughter skipping off in the morning hand in hand with a member of staff.... and skipping back up to me beaming from ear to ear when I pick her up! ‘Well what can I say?.... Thank you from the bottom of my heart for the past 4 years. From the first meeting with myself and Archie I knew within 5 seconds that this was the place for him. Michelle picked him up for our walk round at the nursery and he was so settled, laughing and content, as if he knew this was a special place. You have all been such a huge part of his life and growth into the little boy he is today. He loves it here and adores you all. You have all cared for him, protected him, guided him and love him, for that I am thankful.’
